Using resistance bands as a part of your pre and post throw activity is pivotal for arm care and arm strength. These bands, when used properly will target all the areas needed to be have a sustainable throwing career. Recommended Use: 3-5 times per week on throwing and non throwing days. For best performance keep your head straight and shoulders over your hips to stabilize core. If player is struggling with baseball resistance band, they should move closer to the fence. Player should always be able to control the band going out and coming in. Please do not align clip at neck or eye level.
